Sales Admin Professional
Reports to: Sales Manager

Position Summary:
Answers the phone, schedules appointments, gives information to callers, prepares correspondence, and otherwise relieves officials of clerical and minor administrative and business detail.

Essential Functions:
  • Answering phones and greeting guests
  • Trade show planning
  • Marketing and advertising campaigns
  • Website maintenance
  • Monthly sales reporting, preparing for sales meetings, developing sales tools, maintain sales calendars, monitoring budgets.


  • QUALIFICATIONS:
    High school diploma or equivalent required. Good organizational skills Knowledge of office equipment, Knowledge of Microsoft Office products a must.
